DOMESTIC

We ship anywhere in the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (by 5pm CST) and shipped within 2 Business Days* of order placement. Transit time includes weekdays and Saturday only. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times exclude Holidays.

*Please note: During December, orders may take up to 3 Business Days to ship due to the Holiday Season. We appreciate your patience.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship anywhere in the World that allows imported packages and products.

Shipments dispatch Monday - Friday (at 5 PM CST) within 5 Business Days* of order placement. All orders placed on Friday will dispatch the following MONDAY at 5 PM CST (excluding holidays). Transit time includes weekdays only. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times exclude Holidays.

All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please note that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package has not arrived during the suggested delivery time, please check with your local customs office. They can hold packages for 30 days, and if unclaimed by that time it will be returned to sender. We will not issue a credit or reship any items if they are lost in transit.

All shipments originate out of New York City. Shipping prices are determined by package weight and geographical location from the shipment's origin.

Return Policy
We offer a Return Only* policy on unworn, unwashed and sealed merchandise. All returns and exchanges must be received at our facility within 30 days for Domestic orders and 60 days for International orders of the original ship date. You must include the original packing slip, or a piece of paper with your order #, name, email, phone. Either one must have a written explanation for the return to:

USPS First Class Mail is a very cost effective service for doing something like this for orders under a pound.
*If you need to return an item, please return the item purchased and once we receive we will process a credit,less shipping charges to the original method of payment within 2-4 business days.

*If you need to exchange an item please return the item purchased for a refund, less shipping charges and place a new order for the replacement item.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges, unless there was an error on the part of our company. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, please contact customer service - info@delilith.com - within 2 weeks of receiving the package in order to receive a pre-paid postage label. You must print out the label, package the goods, and send back to us. We will only ship out the correct product as soon as we receive the incorrect product.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the amount, less shipping.
